Device Messaging (one user at a time)
Your staff can send and receive SMS from the devices already connected to your PBX — desk phones, the mobile app, or the web phone (WebRTC). Perfect for day-to-day customer conversations where one user handles one chat at a time.
SMS Web Portal (more powerful + centralized)
For higher volume and better control, use our SMS web portal. It includes configurable message templates (with ready-to-use Opt-In, Opt-Out, and HELP wording), group management (create groups or upload recipients from Excel), an automated Do-Not-Contact list, full message history/logs, and additional tools to run messaging the right way — at scale.
